Job vacancy: Partnership marketing co-ordinator

The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and have strong attention to detail. The role will require the individual to have a flexible approach to their working hours as there will be a requirement to work home fixtures which may fall on both evenings and weekends.

Core Duties:

  • Hold and manage the master diary of commercial activity
  • Liaise with other departments of the club on behalf of club partners
  • Ensure matchday partnership elements run correctly
  • Monitor current sponsorships in the market, analyse and identify new category/brand trends
  • Support the pre-sale efforts of partnership group
    • Produce sponsorship sales literature
    • Co-ordinate production of sponsorship proposals
  • Manage the promotional activity of our current partners, including the day-to-day relationship such as:
    • Co-ordinate activations of club partners
    • Handle ticket and merchandise requests
    • Produce and manage individual sponsor handbooks
    • Produce, manage and monitor sponsor logbook
    • Manage current business and put together reports detailing partnership exposure

 

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a marketing/communications role
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing demands
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
