Jack Evans is among six Swansea City players included in the Wales Under-21 squad for next month's double header against Albania.
Ben Cabango, Brandon Cooper, Tom Price, Liam Cullen and Keiran Evans are also named in Robert Page's party for games in Tirana and Durres.
Midfielder Jack Evans did not feature in the Swans' development set-up during the 2018-19 season after being diagnosed with cancer last summer.
But he is in remission after successful treatment and Evans - who signed a contract extension in February - is handed an international call-up after making excellent progress since returning to training.
Cabango and Cooper ended the season as Swansea City Under-23s' regular centre-half pairing, the former having gained Champions League exposure on loan at TNS with the latter having made a first-team bow for the Swans in the Carabao Cup.
Cullen - who scored 10 goals last season - and Keiran Evans recently had the option of 12-month extensions at the Liberty taken up, while Price has been offered a new one-year deal in SA1.
The two games against Albania are part of Wales' final preparations for the Euro 2021 qualifiers, which get under way with home games against Belgium and Germany in September.
