Swansea City completed the signing of Adrian Akande from Chelsea in the summer of 2020.
The exciting winger, who was reportedly targeted by Manchester United, penned a two-year scholarship in SA1.
Akande enjoyed a promising start to life with the Swans' under-18s, while he also turned out for the under-23s on several occasions.
The former Crystal Palace trainee's efforts were rewarded with a first professional contract in December, keeping him at the club until 2023.
After growing up in South East London, Akande was just eight years old when he joined Palace - having also been scouted by Charlton and Brentford.
He spent four years in the Eagles' academy ranks, before moving to Chelsea at under-13 level.
The attacking midfielder would play under the likes of Ashley Cole, Joe Cole and Tore Andre Flo during his three-year stint with the Blues.
