Swedish international Nordfeldt joined Swansea City from Dutch side Heerenveen for an undisclosed fee in June 2015.
The goalkeeper, who arrived in Wales on his 26th birthday, signed a three-year contract, then penned a new deal in 2016 which ties him to the club until 2020.
Nordfeldt started his career with Swedish club Brommapojkarna, for whom he made well over 100 appearances.
His impressive performances caught the attention of a number of clubs around Europe, with the Swede joining Dutch top-flight side Heerenveen in 2012.
He featured over 100 times for Heerenveen, helping them reach the Eredivisie play-offs for Europa League qualification in each of his three seasons at the club.
Due to the form of Lukasz Fabianski, Nordfeldt had to be patient for his opportunities with the Swans, but was handed the no.1 jersey following the Pole's departure to West Ham United in May 2018.
Despite injury ruling him out in the early months of the season, he still managed 25 appearances between the posts in all competitions.
