Swansea City can confirm that season ticket renewals are now available for the 2023-24 season.
Since the return of full capacity crowds last season, our supporters have backed us vociferously both at home and on our travels. Your support has been magnificent and, as a result, the club will once again offer an early bird window for renewals with our best available pricing to thank you for your support.
For the 2023-24 season, we have added a new pricing category for young adults. Under-21’s are now eligible to purchase a season ticket for the same price as a student, with the club identifying an opportunity for this age bracket.
Our most expensive season ticket in the early bird window is our adult ticket priced at £370, equating to just over £16 per home Championship fixture. This is significantly lower than the league’s average adult price of £426.
Meanwhile, Under-18s tickets work out at just over £5 and under-12s from just £2.57 per game.
Adult tickets remain cheaper in the South Stand for those purchasing with a child under the age of 12. This is a change from last season where adults could purchase a cheaper adult rate with a junior aged 12-17, with the aim of bringing new, young supporters into the club.
Supporters who paid the full adult rate for the 2022-23 season and are now entitled to the reduced adult for attending with an under-12 for the 2023-24 season are advised to contact the Ticket Office directly, who will update your reservations.
FINANCE OPTIONS
Finance options
Finance options are available on 2023-24 season tickets. There is a minimum spend of £150 applicable.
Supporters can pay for their season ticket(s) over 5 or 10 months, with an arrangement fee applicable, which is added on to the first month’s payment.
Representative Example:
Amount of Credit - £370.00. Total amount repayable £420.
If one adult season card purchased at a cash price and amount of credit is £370.00, this would be repaid by one monthly payment of £87.99 (which includes arrangement fee of £50), followed by nine monthly payments of £37.00. The rate of interest is 0% per annum; the total amount payable is £370.00 and the total charge for credit is £50. Representative 36.96% APR.
DEADLINES TO RENEW
Current season ticket holders who wish to keep their seat for the 2023-24 campaign, must do so by Sunday, 2 April 2023.
Tickets will be available to purchase on general sale from Monday, 3 April 2023.

General sale prices are below and are valid from Saturday, 18 February 2023.

Please note that a £3.50 booking fee will apply to all season ticket purchases.
HOW TO RENEW
ONLINE
The easiest way to renew your season ticket is online. Follow the below instructions to renew your season ticket.
Please ensure you are logged in to your Swans Club account, by clicking below.
Log into your Swans Club Account
Once you are logged in, head to the e-ticketing site or click here and you will notice a red dot in the top right of the screen, under the profile header.
Please click here to view your notifications, and find your seats available to renew. You will only see your own seat, unless you have linked your account to your friends and family using our network, and have requested to manage tickets on their behalf, and they have approved this request on their account.
Once this has been approved, their seats will also show as available to renew, and you can simply proceed to the checkout and select to pay via card or payment plan.

OVER THE PHONE
Supporters are also welcome to call our Ticket Office to purchase, by calling 01792 616400 and selecting option 1. The phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please note that during this period we may be experiencing a high amount of calls, so your patience is appreciated.

SEASON TICKET CARDS
Supporters who are renewing and who are not moving seats will be able to continue using their existing season ticket card. Supporters will ONLY be issued a new season ticket card ahead of the 2023-24 season, if they have either changed price class OR have relocated seats.
Supporters will also be able to access a digital ticket in their Swans App. However, this will not show in the app until a couple of weeks before the 2023-24 season starts.
Please note that supporters will be updated with more information regarding their season ticket cards via the main club channels, including website and social media closer to the time.
