Blair joins Dunfermline on loan

Swansea City Under-23s midfielder Ryan Blair has joined Scottish Championship side Dunfermline on loan until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.
The 22-year-old, who arrived from Falkirk in January 2016, has made 10 appearances this campaign.
Blair will link up with a Pars side sitting seventh in the Scottish Championship.
The Scottish midfielder returned to Falkirk on loan last season where he made seven appearances and scored one goal for the Bairns.
