Brandon Cooper called up to Wales senior squad

Swansea City defender Brandon Cooper has been called up to the senior Wales squad for the fixtures against Finland and Estonia.
Cooper was originally named in the Wales Under-21 squad, but he has now been added to Rob Page’s senior squad for the September international camp.
Wales face Finland in a friendly in Helsinki on Wednesday, before heading to Russia to face Belarus in a World Cup qualifier on Sunday.
Cooper will not be available for that fixture in Kazan due to visa restrictions related to his late call-up.
Wales then return home to host Estonia in another qualification fixture on Wednesday, September 8.
Cooper’s promotion sees his Swansea colleague Ben Margetson added to the Wales Under-21 squad for their clash with Bulgaria in Sofia.
