Ceri Phillips vs Met

Swansea City Women can confirm Ceri Phillips has left his position as head coach by mutual consent.

Phillips took over the role in August 2022, having previously held coaching positions at Carmarthen Town and Haverfordwest County.

He departs with Swansea City Women currently sitting fourth in the Genero Adran Premier table after three matches.

Assistant coach Harry Thomas has also departed, and the club would like to place on record its thanks to Ceri and Harry for their efforts while in charge.

Under-19s’ coach Chris Church will step up to become interim head coach, and takes charge for Sunday’s home game against Pontypridd at Llandarcy (2pm).
