Swansea City head coach Vitor Matos has confirmed Josh Key is fit and available for selection ahead of Saturday’s home Championship clash against Blackburn Rovers.

The right-back hasn’t featured for the Swans since sustaining a hamstring injury in the 3-1 victory against Burnley back in September.

However, his rehabilitation has gone smoothly and he has returned to full training with the rest of the first-team squad.

And Matos is pleased to have the defender back in contention ahead of the weekend's clash against Rovers.

“The squad is all good with no big changes from last week," said Matos. "Keysey [Josh Key] has returned to training normally with the team and is available for us to use.

“It’s always good to have a player back, especially with the character and the quality of Josh. I’m really happy to have him back and he gives us another option.”

Elsewhere, Matos confirmed Moussa Yeo will return from a hamstring problem around the upcoming international break, while Ronald and Cameron Burgess remain sidelined with hamstring and Achilles injuries.
