Swansea City can confirm Nathan Tjoe-A-On has left the club following a mutual termination of his contract.
The Indonesia international, 23, joined the Swans from Dutch club Excelsior in the summer of 2023, and had a year remaining on the deal he signed upon his arrival in SA1.
