Swansea City Under-21s are back in Professional Development League action on Friday afternoon as they take on Millwall at Calmont Road (2pm).

The Swans will look to bounce back from consecutive defeats on the road against Ipswich Town and Sheffield United respectively.

However, a win over the Lions could see the Swans leapfrog the hosts into third place in the PDL South table.

The Lions are coached by former Swans striker, Kevin Nugent. Nugent signed for the Swans in 2003, and went on to make over 70 appearances, scoring 13 goals.

In the reverse fixture in early January, the Swans ran out 3-0 winners thanks to goals from Charlie Veevers, Kyrell Wilson and Cameron Congreve.

Pre-match views

Coach Anthony Wright: "We'll dust ourselves down as it's a quick turnaround and we can't make any excuses after our cup defeat to Sheffield United.

"We know that Millwall are on good form, especially at home where we've had some tough games over the years."
