Swansea City head to the south coast this evening looking to further extend their impressive start to the Championship season when they face Southampton (7.45pm).
The Swans have taken 11 points from the first 15 on offer this term, and last started a campaign with a six-match unbeaten sequence during the 2019-20 campaign.
Saints reached the play-offs last season, only to be removed as punishment for the 'Spygate' controversy, and are fancied by many to be strong contenders again after their storming end to the 2025-26 campaign.
It promises to be an intriguing clash under the lights.
Team news
Swansea City had captain Ben Cabango back from a heel injury against Wrexham as he appeared as a second-half substitute.
With the games coming thick and fast head coach Vitor Matos may choose to rotate in order to freshen up some tired legs.
Cameron Burgess, Ross Stewart and Goncalo Franco are sidelined, but Jeremy Monga is in contention having missed out against Wrexham owing to his limited time on the training field since completing his loan move from Manchester City.

Vitor Matos: "I think being consistent is massive, keeping the desire is massive. Not getting frustrated when the game gets a little bit different from what we want is also important.
"You have to stay competitive in the moment, whatever the game and whatever the situation and I think we are showing that.
"The next step is to keep improving, keep using the squad, because all the players will need to be ready to make an impact whether they are starting or coming from the bench.
"That's what we want in terms of togetherness and building that type of culture. We are doing that earlier in the season, but there are a lot of things to work on and improve."
Tonda Eckert: "Even last season, Swansea had one of the highest outputs. If you want to compete against them, you need to be able to run a lot.
"They have a high physical output, and they've been quite consistent in the way that they approach games. I remember our game in April.
"It was the same thing in the first half. They keep coming, and then you need to be prepared to find solutions against the high energy and the press.
"We actually played one of our best games last year at Swansea away, so we'll make sure that we connect to what we did last time we played them."
Meet the officials
Lewis Smith will be the man in the middle for Swansea City’s Championship clash with Southampton at St Mary’s on Tuesday night.
The Wigan official takes charge of a Swans fixture for the second time, having had the whistle for a 3-1 victory at Plymouth during the 2023-24 season.
Smith’s refereeing career started when he took charge of an Under-18 Premier League game between Everton and Liverpool, and he has refereed at Championship and Premier League level over recent seasons, while he has also gained experience by taking charge of fixtures in Japan’s J1 League.
Last season Smith took charge of 40 games in all competitions, handing out 156 yellow cards and four reds.
He will be assisted by Alex James and Matthew Gunn-Smith on the south coast, while Ruebyn Ricardo will be the fourth official.

Swansea City picked up a point on the road at Southampton with a hard-fought draw at St Mary's.
On an afternoon when they were not at their best, the visitors stuck at their task to emerge with something to show for their efforts at a ground that has been a far from happy hunting ground in recent years.
They required some dogged defending and fine goalkeeping, with Lawrence Vigouroux denying Adam Armstrong, Leo Scienza and Shea Charles, while Scienza and Caspar Jander hit the woodwork for Saints.
