Swansea City Under-21s suffered heartbreak in stoppage time as Millwall came back to snatch three points with two late goals at the Joma High Performance Centre.
Both teams netted inside the first four minutes of the contest. Alfie Massey got the first goal of the afternoon for the visitors, before Kyrell Wilson levelled a minute later.
The Swans then took the lead through Thomas Woodward 10 minutes later, only for Sheldon Kendall's 25th minute strike to restore parity once more.
Wilson completed his brace just beyond the hour mark as the Swans led again, but a penalty from Tom Leahy and an Abdulahi Abdulazeez goal saw the Lions snatch victory in a thriller.
Swansea City Under-21s: Kit Margetson (Sam Seager 33), Ben Phillips, Callum Deacon, Thomas Woodward, Jack Fanning, Iestyn Jones, Josh Pescatore, Ramon Rees-Siso, Kyrell Wilson, Ben Lloyd (captain), Morgan Bates.
