Swansea City Under-18s returned to winning ways following their 3-1 victory over Queens Park Rangers on Saturday morning.

The Swans suffered their first defeat last time out against Bristol City, but three points against the R's meant the age-grade side still sit top of the Professional Development League table.

Alex Godfrey had the Swans one-goal up within five minutes. Alfie Jones' corner was taken short to Solomon Baker as the number 10 squared it to Godfrey and the forward raced towards the ball unmarked before sending it curling into the bottom corner.

Twelve minutes later, the visitors drew level through Declan John De-Vulgt with score one-all at the break.

The Swans left it late into the final quarter as Kai Rhodes regained the lead through a smooth team move from the other end of the pitch. Rhodes latched on to Kamron Williams' initial effort which was blocked and half-volleyed it into the net.

Six minutes from time, Kaven Bloniarczyk got a third as he chipped the ball over the line from a highly-taken Alfie Jones free kick.
