Swansea City is pleased to announce that it has joined with the Swansea City AFC Foundation to launch the Jacks for Good appeal which will run for the length of the 2026-27 season.

The Jacks for Good appeal will work with Faith in Families, Nathaniel Cars and Miles Hire to aim to offer support for local families most hit by financial hardship.

At the end of 2025, a study showed that one-in-three children in Wales were living under the poverty line with the stadium’s surrounding areas particularly impacted. The number of families living in absolute poverty is also on the rise.

According to the CIW Poverty Report, families who are strictly budgeting tend to highlight leisure activities, heating and food as the most common areas for spend reduction.

For the 2026-27 season, the club and Foundation have combined forces and joined with others to create a brand-new programme tailored to these needs.

Once a week, the club will be providing free-to-access warm spaces in the stadium’s press room. This will give young people access to wifi, computers and printers to support the fight against digital poverty. Straight after, young people can join a street football session which will be held in the stadium car park. Miles Hire will be supporting with lighting to allow this project to take place.

The club will also be partnering with Nathaniel Cars using a brand new electric MG S6 to host multibank drop-offs at every home league matchday. All items will then be donated to the Cwtch Mawr multibank (owned and operated by Faith in Families) which distributes essential items to over 145 charities in Swansea supporting those who need it in our local communities.
