Amelia Forkings joined Swansea City ahead of the 2025-26 campaign after helping Pontypridd United secure promotion to the Genero Adran Premier.

The 22-year-old previously featured for Cardiff City Women, making her senior debut at just 15 in a league victory over Aberystwyth Town in 2019. She was also part of the squad that lifted the Welsh Cup during the 2021-22 season.

Forkings then moved to city rivals Cardiff Met the following season, where she won the Genero Adran Trophy in her debut campaign, as the Archers secured a 3-1 victory over the Bluebirds.

She went on to make her Swans debut in the opening game of the Genero Adran Premier season, keeping a clean sheet in a 4-0 away win against Barry Town United.

The goalkeeper has also represented Wales at under-19 level.
