Tickets for away fixtures will be posted the week before the fixture. We ask supporters who have purchased away tickets and who have not received 48 hours before kick off, to contact the ticket office using the details provided.
If you have purchased tickets, less than 72 hours prior to the fixture and unable to collect from the Swansea City ticket office, your ticket(s) will be sent to the host club for collection at their ground. Details of where to collect your tickets from will be communicated with you, as this is different for all away grounds.
We ask that if you have any issues with away tickets, on an away fixture to please email the ticket office on email@example.com, as a member of the team will be on hand to support.
In the 2021-22 season, Swansea City agreed to act as ticketing agents for Turners Coachways to enable its supporters to be able to purchase their away tickets and coach travel in one transaction.
Supporters should be aware that away coach travel is removed from sale, 24 hours prior to the away fixture kick off time.
If you have purchased coach travel, you will be sent a print at home ticket for this, 48 hours before kick off. This ticket must be presented to the coach driver, on departure.
The service will allow for pick up and drop off at the following locations:
- Swansea.com stadium (this may vary slightly if there is an Ospreys home fixture on the same day)
- McDonalds Briton Ferry
- Port Talbot Bus Station
- Sarn Services
Please note that there no alcohol is permitted on board, with checks being undertaken on departure.
