Swansea Bay University Health Board’s Prehabilitation service helps patients make necessary changes before planned upcoming surgery. The aim is to reduce side effects and complications and enhance recovery.

NERS is a public health programme for people aged 16+ with a medical condition who aren’t regularly active. It offers safe, fun, and rewarding opportunities to get active and improve health.
