The Swans ended their winless streak in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Fulham at the Liberty.

Brendan Rodgers’ men had gone four games without success in the top flight, but got back to winning ways thanks to second-half goals from Scott Sinclair and Danny Graham.

The Swans started brightly and created chances with Leroy Lita heading wide from Mark Gower’s cross and Luke Moore hitting the crossbar with a long-range effort, while Scott Sinclair forced Mark Schwarzer into making a save.

However, the hosts finally made the breakthrough six minutes into the second half, albeit with a huge slice of fortune.

Gower’s corner was not dealt with by Fulham and Sinclair’s strike took a big deflection off Clint Dempsey, which completely wrong-footed Schwarzer and nestled in the back of the net.

It turned out to be a difficult afternoon for Dempsey, who was also brilliantly denied by Michel Vorm from the penalty spot with four minutes remaining after Jazz Richards felled Kerim Frei.

And it proved a vital save by the Dutchman as the Swans wrapped up the points in added time. Gower was the provider once again with his low corner been flicked home by Graham for his fifth goal of the season.
