What's it like? Up to 1,000 Swans fans will be positioned in the South Stand behind the goal.

Pubs and grub: There aren't many pubs around the stadium, but the few that is there are for home fans. Away fans should avoid the Queen Victoria pub and Mary D's, as well as pubs on Ashton New Road behind the away end.
'The Stanley Sports Bar' (M11 3QW) is available for away fans (£1 entry, kids for free), which is just a ten-minute walk from the stadium. It has a large TV screen with sport on, quick service and a mix of home and away fans.

Parking: Parking at the stadium is £10 per car. The east car park is best for away fans, but getting away after the game can see delays of up to an hour.
Streets around the ground are residents only for about a mile. Some other car parks charge around £5 per car.

By train: The closest station to the Etihad Stadium is Ashburys - a 15-minute walk from the ground. Meanwhile, it's a 25-minute walk from Piccadilly Station to the stadium or approximately a £5 taxi ride.
Trains from Swansea leave at 6.47am, 7.44am, 8.55am, 8.55am and 9.52am for the four-and-a-half hour journey to Manchester. Coming back, the trains leave Piccadilly at 6.30pm and 7.30pm, getting into Swansea at 11.05pm and 12.38am.

By Metrolink: The Metrolink stop at the stadium 'Etihad Campus' makes it easier to park near the motorways and get a tram to the ground or city.

By bus: Buses from Piccadilly Gardens to the stadium are £1 each way. Go down the main approach from the station, then along London Road to Piccadilly Gardens.
Buses leave from the right hand side of the square. Buses 216 and 231 go from the city centre to the stadium. On the return, the buses leave from Ashton New Road across from the away end.
