Swansea City travel to Ashton Gate on Saturday to face Bristol City in the Sky Bet Championship. (Midday kick-off).

Here we have put together a useful travel guide for the members of the Jack Army making the trip up the M4.

Date:  Saturday, October 29 (midday kick-off)

Address: Ashton Road, Bristol, BS3 2EJ

Distance from the Stadium: 82 miles

This fixture has sold out.

Swansea City sold out their allocation for this match. Supporters will be situated in the Atyeo Stand.

There are good views with no supporting pillars and it is located quite close to the pitch which helps create an atmosphere in the 27,000 seater stadium.

There are good facilities in the stands with refreshment outlets located both just inside the turnstiles, and further into the concourse.

Outside the stadium, there are some food stalls, there is also a KFC in close proximity.

There are very few parking options near Ashton Gate.

There is extremely limited street parking available near the stadium itself, and it is recommended that supporters who are driving to the stadium, use Bedminster Cricket Club which is a 10-15 minute walk from the stadium.

Parking here is limited, however, and the car park is used by both home and away supporters. The postcode for the cricket club is BS3 2JX and it is located on Clanage Road.

The car park will host a mixture of home and away supporters and is advertised on boards as you near the stadium.

The closest station to Ashton Gate is Parson Street, a 15 minute walk from the stadium.

Parson Street is accessible from mainline stations including Bristol Temple Meads (40 minute walk to the Stadium), and Bristol Parkway (a 30-minute car journey from the stadium).

Trains run approximately every hour and the journey to Parson Street will take around two and three-quarter hours.

For more information visit the GWR website, or call 0345 7000 125.

Return coach travel for this fixture has now sold out.

Due to the Ospreys playing at the Stadium on Saturday, October 29 the service will leave from Rossi’s at 8am.

Please note, the stadium car park will not be open to those supporters travelling to Bristol. We ask supporters to be mindful of where they park and respect resident parking.

The club wishes to remind supporters that it has a zero-tolerance approach to anti-social behaviour on our official coaches for away matches.
