TRAVELLING BY CAR

Supporters should be aware that central Bristol, including many roads near Ashton Gate, is now part of a Clean Air Zone (CAZ) where non-compliant vehicles will be charged between £9 and £100 per day to drive.

Local streets are covered by a resident parking scheme. Some supporters choose to use Bedminster Cricket Club, which is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the stadium.

Parking here is limited, however, and the car park is used by home and away supporters.

Bristol City advise that limited matchday parking at Winterstoke Road Car Park and the old Wickes unit (accessible via Winterstoke Road) can be booked by heading to YourParkingSpace.

Other parking options are via Ashton Event Parking, DJ Matchday Parking, and Big Parking.

You can find out more about these parking options, and other parking and travel information on the Bristol City website: Getting Here - Bristol City FC.

TRAIN TRAVEL

Supporters travelling to this fixture by train are advised to travel early and allow additional time this weekend. Please keep an eye on updates from Great Western Rail and National Rail.

Supporters should be advised that the Wales rugby team face New Zealand at the Principality Stadium at 3.10pm on Saturday which will likely lead to increased people travelling by train in the area.

The closest station to Ashton Gate is Parson Street, which is a 20-minute walk from the stadium.

Parson Street is accessible from mainline stations including Bristol Temple Meads (a 40-minute walk to the stadium), and Bristol Parkway (a 30-minute car journey from the stadium).

For more information visit the GWR website, or call 0345 7000 125.
