Swansea City travel to Coventry Building Society (CBS) Arena this weekend for their first away trip since the resumption of the Championship campaign following the World Cup break. Here, we have pulled together a handy travel guide for supporters making the journey.

COVENTRY CITY v SWANSEA CITY

Date: Saturday, December 17 (3pm)

Address: Coventry Building Society Arena, Judds Lane, Longford, CV6 6AQ

Distance from the Swansea.com Stadium: 166.3 miles

TICKETS

Tickets for this match remain on sale until 3pm on Friday, December 16.

All tickets purchased before 5pm on Wednesday, December 14 will be posted out first class, with any tickets purchased after this point being available to collect on Thursday, December 15 and Friday, December 16 from the ticket office between 9am and 5pm.

Tickets are available to purchase on the gate at Coventry (cash only).

SEAT ALLOCATION

Away supporters are usually located in the South Stand which is the dedicated area for travelling fans, with separate turnstiles and concourses.

The modern round shape of the arena, in which all four stands merge into one another, means that there are no restricted views at the venue and supporters can enjoy good views of the pitch from anywhere in the ground, including the away section.

In terms of accessing the ground, the design makes access fairly straightforward and the stadium footprint is well signposted.

CASHLESS KIOSK

Food and drink kiosks at the stadium are cashless.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Parking

Parking is available at the CBS Arena, while there is also an option for offsite parking.

Both of these can be booked in advance by clicking the button below.

Please note that away supporters are advised to use Car Park C as this is closest to the away end.

TRAVELLING BY TRAIN

There are planned train strikes for Saturday December 17, so it is unlikely travel by train will be available for this match.

Should that change, there is an on-site train station at the Coventry Building Society Arena called 'Coventry Arena', however, there is no special matchday schedule, and trains run as timetabled.

Coventry Train Station is located in Coventry city centre, which is around four miles from the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Please visit nationalrail.co.uk for details.

SUPPORTER COACHES

Supporter coach travel for this match is still available. The service will depart from the Swansea.com Stadium at 9am and is priced at £32.

NEARBY PUBS

Longford Road is around 10 minutes from the stadium and has a couple of restaurants and a pub called the Coach and Horses. A little closer is Dhillons Brewery while there is a Nandos and Burger King located a five-minute walk from the ground itself. This is near the Tesco Extra which is hard to miss.

There are food and drink options in the stadium itself including Coffee and Bakehouse at The Mill, while there is also the usual football food on the concourses.
