Swansea City travel to face Derby County on Saturday (August 29) in a 12.30pm kick-off at Pride Park.

We have put together the following information for the members of the Jack Army who are making the trip to the Midlands to back the Swans.

TICKETING

Tickets for this fixture are no longer on sale.

If you have not received your tickets by midday on Friday, please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com  - including your customer number or booking reference - and we will arrange for duplicates to be collected at the Away Ticket Collection Point situated on the south-east corner of the stadium. 

Tickets purchased after 5pm on August 26 will be available to collect from the collection point at Pride Park. 

The club have advised that ticket checks will be taking place and supporters are reminded to take their ID. 

There will be no pay on the day for this fixture, supporters without a ticket are reminded not to travel.  

SEAT LOCATION

Away turnstiles are located at the south-east corner of the stadium and will open from 90 minutes prior to kick-off.

CASHLESS VENUE

Please note, Pride Park is a cashless venue.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Derby City Council have implemented a strict Residents Only Parking Scheme across the City Point Development, which is a 15-minute walk south of Pride Park Stadium. Vehicles parking without a valid permit will risk a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.

These restrictions are in place 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and include bank holidays.

The home club recommend that away supporters park at the Derby Conference Centre on London Road (A6), which is located at DE24 8UX, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Pride Park Stadium. There is space for 200 vehicles.

The car park is signposted as ‘Away Supporter Parking’ or follow signs for the Conference Centre.

Accessible parking is available for Blue Badge Holders. These are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and a Blue Badge must be displayed while parked. 

These spaces must be booked no later than 24 hours prior to the match by calling the Derby County ticket office on 01332 667528.

TRAVELLING BY TRAIN

Derby Train Station is just under a mile from Pride Park Stadium and is approximately a 20-minute walk. 

The home club have advised that the shortest route on foot is as follows:

• Walk east on Roundhouse Road.
• At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Pride Park Way/A6.
• At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Derwent Parade.
• At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Royal Way.
• You have reached Pride Park Stadium.

Trains from Swansea to Derby run approximately every hour and the journey takes just over four hours. The journey requires one change at Bristol Parkway.

TRAVELLING BY BUS 

Arriva Midlands bus service will divert along Pride Parkway, using existing bus stops on each Derby County home matchday. For more information, please click here.

SUPPORTER CONDUCT 

Following our opening away fixture at Stoke City, the club has issued banning orders to three supporters following instances of serious anti-social behaviour.

We are grateful for the conduct of the vast majority of our supporters, who represent the club impeccably and act as wonderful ambassadors for Swansea City at home and away.

However, there has been a notable rise in instances of anti-social behaviour among supporters, particularly when using public transport.

Incidents have included damage to Cross Country Trains, which has caused delays or required vehicles to be taken out of service, intimidation of passengers, littering and disturbances in and around railway stations on the network.

This behaviour is not acceptable and those guilty of such conduct will face consequences from the club and the relevant authorities, while we have also received warnings from train companies that Swansea fans will not be welcome to travel on their services if these incidents continue.

NEARBY PUBS

There are some pubs near the ground which will accept away supporters, though most will request that club colours are covered.

The stadium kiosks will open at the same time as turnstiles in the away end, with a range of food and drink available to purchase.
