If your tickets have not arrived, please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com - including your customer number or booking reference - as soon as possible and the club will arrange for duplicate tickets to be collected at the ground.
AWAY END
The Jack Army will be located in the Stacey West Stand, a covered area behind the goal which is suitable for safe standing, and the uncovered Northeast Stand, located along the touchline.
Anyone with seating in the Northeast Stand is advised that this is uncovered and open to the elements and supporters are advised to dress accordingly.
TRAINS
The closest train station to the ProAmpac Stadium is Lincoln Central Train Station. This is approximately a 15 minute walk from the stadium via High Street, Scorer Street and Cross Street.
Supporters are advised to plan rail journeys in advance and keep paying attention to any rail disruption.
The rail journey will take approximately six and a half hours and will require 2 changes.
BY CAR
Parking is available at South Common Car Park and can be purchased in advance through the Lincoln City ticketing website. Parking is charged at £7 when booked in advance and £8 on the day. Payment can be made by card / contactless only.
The South Common Car Park is approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the stadium.

ACCESSIBILITY
Parking
There are three accessible parking bays available for visiting supporters.
These are available on a first-come, first-served basis to Blue Badge holders only and must be purchased directly from the Lincoln City Ticket Office by calling 01522 880011.
The cost is £8 per space. These spaces regularly sell out, so early booking is strongly recommended.
Audio Headsets
Lincoln City provide audio headsets to supporters. These can be collected from the club's DLO who is positioned at the accessible ticketing point in the ticket office ahead of kick-off.
If you need anything once you are at your seat, please speak to the Lincoln City stewards who will be happy to help.
