TRAVELLING BY CAR

Parking near the ground is very limited. There is some street parking if you arrive early, however many roads near to Hillsborough are permit only and supporters must check signs and local parking restrictions.

There are some unofficial car parks along the A61 and a car park directly behind the stadium’s Kop. The post code for this is S6 1QE.

TRAIN TRAVEL

Trains to Sheffield from Swansea leave every hour until 6.57am, and then every 20-30 minutes thereon.

There are a number of trains which could get you from Swansea to Sheffield in time for the match but, as it’s bank holiday, supporters should pay attention to any possible rail disruption.

Journeys take between four hours and 20 minutes and five hours and 20 minutes.

It is not feasible to walk from the train station to the stadium. It is recommended that supporters look at trams via Sheffield Supertram.

There's a tram stop at the railway station, plus plenty of places in the city centre where you can catch one. Take the yellow line in the direction of Middlewood, get off at the Leppings Lane stop, and from there it is a few minutes walk to the stadium

SUPPORTER COACHES

Return coach travel is no longer available to purchase. Supporter coaches will be leaving at 7.30am from the Swansea.com Stadium.

NEARBY BARS

There are a number of pubs near the stadium, however many will not allow away supporters, or may request that football fans cover club colours.

A name which regularly appears on away guides is the Railway Hotel (S6 1LP) – located near the stadium.

Alternatively, supporters can purchase food and drinks at the kiosks in the stadium concourses.
