Swansea City travel to Hillsborough to face Sheffield Wednesday tomorrow (August 30) - 3pm kick-off.

We have pulled together a travel guide for the members of the Jack Army making the trip to south Yorkshire.

TICKETS

Tickets for this match are no longer on sale. There will be no sales on the day, so please do not travel if you do not have a ticket.

Our ticket office is open on Saturday between 10am and 2pm to answer phone calls and emails with any matchday related queries.

POSTAGE/ DELIVERY DETAILS

All tickets purchased before 4pm, Wednesday August 27 have been posted out.

If your tickets have not arrived in the post by 10am on Friday August 28, please let the ticket office know by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com - including your customer number or booking reference - and the club will arrange duplicate tickets for you to collect at the host club. 

 

SEAT ALLOCATION

Visiting supporters are situated in the upper tier of the Leppings Lane Stand.

 

Accessibility

There are nine wheelchair bays available for away fans, these are situated within the lower tier.

TRAVELLING BY CAR

Parking near the ground is very limited. There is some street parking if you arrive early, however many roads near to Hillsborough are permit only and supporters must check signs and local parking restrictions. 

There are some unofficial car parking options near the ground. 

Please note that there are road closures before and after the game which will impact travel to the stadium.

TRAIN TRAVEL

Trains to Sheffield from Swansea leave regularly throughout the day and there are a number of routes which could get you from Swansea to Sheffield in time for the match. However, there is no return train travel on the day.

Journeys take between four hours and five hours.

It is not feasible to walk from the train station to the stadium. It is recommended that supporters look at trams via Sheffield Supertram and Travel South Yorkshire.

 

NEARBY BARS

Bars and pubs located near Hillsborough generally only accept home supporters. 

Away supporters can use the bars and pubs located in the city centre and supporters can stop there before making their way to Hillsborough.
