Ben Cabango is in contention for Swansea City’s trip to take on Blackburn Rovers this weekend.

The defender has been sidelined since suffering a hamstring injury in the victory over Norwich City, but the Wales international is fit enough to be in the mix for the Ewood Park contest.

Full-back Josh Key and striker Mykola Kuharevich could also be available to face Rovers, but head coach Michael Duff will make a late decision on their fitness.

“Ben Cabango comes into the thinking, which is a positive,” said the Swans boss.

“Other than that, Mykola and Josh are touch and go as to whether they will be fit. We will wait and see.

“Harrison had cramp and a few lads looked a bit tired on Tuesday, but that is what it is.”

Joe Allen, Josh Ginnelly and Nathan Wood are working their way back from long-term injuries, while Azeem Abdulai is making good progress from his hamstring injury.
