Bray's loan cut short by injury

9th September

Swansea City youngster Alex Bray will undergo surgery next week after suffering a ruptured anterior ligament that could sideline him for six months.
The 19-year-old, who only joined the Pilgrims on transfer deadline day on loan until January 10, came off the bench in Saturday's 1-0 win at Luton Town.
But Bray managed just 12 minutes before injury cut short his debut for John Sheridan's side.
The winger will see a surgeon on Thursday, while he is expected to undergo surgery next week.
"It's a crying shame for the kid," said Plymouth manager Sheridan. "It was his first game for us, and I thought he was really bright.  The introduction of Alex was probably our spark. He came on and had a few little runs and got us going."
