Byron Anthony is looking for one final collective push from Swansea City Under-18s as they round off their season against Birmingham City on Tuesday.

The young Swans’ Professional Development League campaign concludes as they welcome the Blues to Landore.

Anthony’s side have momentum following their commanding 3-1 victory over Crewe Alexandra on Saturday.

Although they fell behind, the Swans responded brilliantly with Cameron Congreve and Panashe Makokowe on target as they eventually ran out comfortable winners.

The turnaround epitomised the vast improvement in the performances of Anthony’s players in recent weeks.

And the under-18s coach has called for one final collective effort against Birmingham as he targets a big finish to the season.

“It’s one more big push,” he said.

“We’re at the end of the season and I’m a firm believer that you finish the season in the way you start the next.

“I’ll be asking the same of the players.

“Hopefully, they can pick up from where they left off on Saturday.

“I’ll be looking for consistency and for them to be proud of performance.”
