Calling all Swans fans

We are looking for members of the Jack Army to share their favourite memories from supporting the Swans over the years.

Our fan focus feature – a regular spot in our matchday programme, Jack Mag - puts our loyal supporters under the spotlight, as they recount their most memorable tales, games and goals involving the Swans.
