Following his Achilles injury, Swansea City defender Cameron Burgess has allowed the Swans TV cameras to chronicle his road to recovery.
In this first episode, brought to you in association with our partners AG1, the centre-half undergoes surgery to repair the injury, has his stitches taken out, and takes the first tentative steps in his physical rehabilitation.
