Club Shop | Christmas week opening hours
The dates for guaranteed UK delivery before Christmas have now passed, however Swansea City supporters can still take advantage of our free click and collect service at our Cwmdu warehouse.
The club shop will also be open Wednesday and Thursday as usual, with Friday (Christmas Eve) opening for reduced hours. Please see full opening hours below.

The club shop will be open between the following hours before Christmas:
Wednesday, December 22: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Thursday, December 23: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Friday, December 24: 9.30am – 2.30pm
After Christmas, the club shop will remain shut until Thursday, December 30. Times are detailed below:
Thursday, December 30: 9.30am – 5.30pm
Friday, December 31: 9.30am – 12pm
Click and collect
Supporters can shop online and opt to collect their order from our Cwmdu warehouse.
The Cwmdu warehouse is open between 8.30am and 2.30pm, Monday to Thursday of this week.
It will be open from 8.30am to 12pm on Christmas Eve (Friday 24).
To use our click and collect service, simply shop on our website as usual and on checkout, when it asks you what delivery address you would like, select ‘collect from a store’ and then select ‘Cwmdu Warehouse’.
The warehouse is located at Unit 26 Cwmdu Industrial Estate, Gendros, Swansea, SA5 8JF.
Supporters should wait until they have a confirmation email that their order is ready to collect before attending the warehouse.

Returns policy
If you open your presents to find someone has got you the wrong size, fear not because we will be extending our returns policy to enable you to obtain a refund or make an exchange after Christmas.
Any purchases made on or after November 11, can be returned between December 29 and January 29 (with proof of purchase). Please check the club shop opening hours before visiting.
