Eder pleased to make first Premier League start

21st November

Eder was delighted to make his first Premier League start for Swansea City and has targeted his first goal for the club.
The Portugual international was included in the starting line-up for the first time in Saturday's 2-2 draw against Bournemouth at the Liberty Stadium.
And the striker - who arrived in SA1 from Braga back in the summer - has targeted a lot more in a Swansea City shirt.
"I was very happy to get my first Premier League start," said Eder. "It was against a tough side, but I expected that.
"I hope to continue to work hard to play more games this season and get my first goal for the club.
"I will get into the rhythm with the more games I play and I will continue to work hard for that.
"From here we have to stay positive and continue to work hard ahead of next weekend's game at Liverpool."
The Swans found themselves 2-0 down inside the first 26 minutes at the Liberty as goals from Joshua King and Dan Gosling put the Cherries in control.
However, Andre Ayew scored his sixth goal of the season to halve the deficit before Jonjo Shelvey scored from the penalty spot and haul the hosts level.
"It is a point gained, especially after we suffered going 2-0 down early on," said Eder. "But it is positive that we have come back to earn a point, however we could have done more to push for the win because we have quality in our team.
"It was a tough game because Bournemouth played well. They scored two early goals which meant we had to battle to earn a result.
"It was a difficult game for us but we showed our character to get back into the game."
