Elijah Just completes move to Swansea City
Swansea City is delighted to announce the signing of winger Elijah Just from Motherwell, subject to the relevant approval.
He signs on a three-year deal, with an option of an additional 12 months. Just will wear the number eight.
The 26-year-old will link up with fellow New Zealand teammate Marko Stamenic as the duo both featured at the World Cup with Just netting three goals for the All Whites.
His opening goal against Iran was nominated for Goal of the Tournament, whilst he also became the first player from the New Zealand National Team to score a brace at a FIFA World Cup.
Just started his senior in his homeland of New Zealand for both Western and Eastern Suburbs, before venturing to the Danish top flight in 2019.
The winger made the switch to Scotland in 2025. Over the course of two campaigns in the Scottish Premiership, Just made 43 appearances in all competitions, scoring seven goals.
In his debut season for Motherwell, he was shortlisted for PFA Scotland's Premiership Player of the Year and won Motherwell’s Player of the Season award.
Just will look to bolster Swansea City’s pace on the wing and creativity in the final third and to provide versatility in midfield.
