Fans go free for U23s’ PL2 finale

18th April

Fans can watch Swansea City’s final Premier League 2 match of the season against Sunderland at the Liberty Stadium for free this Monday (7pm).

The young Swans host the Black Cats as they aim to consolidate a top-four finish in their first season in Division One.

Meanwhile Sunderland, who lie 11th in the table, must win to stand a chance of avoiding relegation.

Supporters can gain free entry to the game, with only the West Stand open.

Fans who attend will be handed a free ticket prior to entry from the ticket office or programme booth, depending on the weather, in order to assist with stadium safety requirements.

There will also be free parking available at the stadium on a first come, first served basis.

Kick-off is at 7pm and supporters are encouraged to arrive early to avoid queues or delays on gaining entry.

A 1-0 defeat against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Monday ended the Swans' chance of a late title challenge with Arsenal going top.
