Finance option temporarily suspended on season ticket renewals
Supporters are advised that the finance option for renewing season tickets for 2020-21 has been temporarily suspended.
Our finance partner V12 Retail Finance will not be processing any new applications due to the current situation surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic.
Those who have already submitted their application to V12 and been successful will not be affected. Those with a decision pending will be contacted in due course, with their current seat placed on hold.
Supporters who were looking to renew via finance, but have yet to apply, should contact the ticket office who will place a hold on your current seat until the service resumes.
A decision on potential part refunds on season tickets from the current campaign will be made once the EFL has agreed the structure around playing the remaining fixtures.
Those supporters looking to renew their season ticket outside the finance option can still do so via their Swans Club Account.
