Joel Piroe was named men's Supporters' Player of the Season while Chloe Chivers won the women's Supporters' Player of the Season award.
There were also awards for Flynn Downes, Kyle Naughton, Cameron Congreve, Lee Trundle and Leon Britton as well as a Lifetime Achievement award for Cath Dyer.
