Borja celebrates his goal

Borja toasted a “perfect” birthday as he chipped in with another goal as the Swans saw off Birmingham City 3-0 at the Liberty Stadium.
Steve Cooper’s side maintained their unbeaten start to the campaign with a convincing victory in SA1 – a result which sends them joint-top with Leeds United.
Sub Kyle Naughton broke the deadlock in the second half before Bersant Celina doubled the Swans’ advantage.
Borja rounded off a hugely satisfying afternoon with his fifth goal of the season, and his second penalty within the space of four days.
It proved the best possible gift for the Spaniard, who was celebrating his 27th birthday.

“It was the best way to celebrate my birthday with a win and scoring a goal,” said Borja.
“It is a perfect day. To play the way we did and to get the result we deserved is very satisfying for us.
“I have my family here; my girlfriend, my son and parents. We have to enjoy the day a little bit, so there will be a party tonight!”
The striker has made a superb start to the campaign, with a ratio of a goal per game.
Despite a summer of uncertainty over his future, he added he’s enjoying his run in the team and showing Swans supporters what he is capable of.
"I have had to wait for this opportunity to come, but hopefully the fans can see that I am trying very hard for the team,” he added.
“I am striker and my job is to score goals, but I will work hard too just to help my team-mates.
“We have made a good start, but now the tough part is to continue this.”
