Swansea City's Championship fixture against Hull City will be dedicated to celebrating the work of the club's academy.

This Saturday, we will be welcoming the club's new under-nines into the Swansea City family at half-time, with the under-eights forming the guard of honour pre-match.

Over a third of players regularly selected in the Wales senior squad over the last two seasons have passed through the Swans pathway, which is a testament to the tireless efforts of academy staff past and present.

The fixture also falls in the EFL's 'Youth Development Week' where the club will be shining a light on players and staff who help support the next generation on and off the pitch from September 12 to September 19.

And for those wanting a double dose of football action on Saturday, before the Swans' senior side clash with the Tigers our under-18s take on Wigan Athletic at the Joma High Performance Centre at 11am, and entry is free.

Our under-21s' players Sebastian Dabrowski and Thomas Woodward will also be in the club shop from 1pm to meet supporters, sign autographs and have pictures taken with the Jack Army.
