Play-off Semi-final

Ahead of the return of supporters to the Liberty Stadium this evening, the club has some important information for fans who will be in attendance.

The Championship play-off semi-final second leg against Barnsley (6.30pm) will be the first game with supporters inside the Liberty since March 7, 2020.

Approximately 3,000 members of the Jack Army will be inside the stadium to cheer on Steve Cooper's side as they bid for a place at Wembley.

And, with it being the first game back with supporters for 14 months, the club would like to communicate how the experience is going to look and feel for everyone attending.

If you are a fan that has not yet received your ticket, please email accountquery@swanseacity.com and a member of the team will be on hand to assist you.

We urge supporters to re-read the code of conduct and ensure you are familiar with its contents. Click HERE to read.

The football club has worked tirelessly behind the scenes in a short space of time to ensure your return to the Liberty will be a safe and enjoyable experience. Please support us by respecting the protocols that are in place and following the guidance given by staff and stewards.

Commemorative face coverings will also be handed out to supporters upon their arrival.

Before you attend the game

  • We are working with the NHS Test & Trace system, who will require details of all supporters attending the match. Therefore, tickets are non-transferrable and you may be asked for ID on entry.
  • If you can no longer attend, please contact us at your earliest convenience at accountquery@swanseacity.com. We can then allocate any spare tickets to those on our waiting list.
  • You must print your ticket at home and make sure the black box at the bottom of the ticket is visible (this makes sure we can scan the barcode).
  • If you develop COVID-19 symptoms between completion of that declaration and your intended arrival, you should not attend the match and should seek guidance by calling 111. Symptoms can be found HERE
  • Do not attend the stadium if you have any COVID-19 symptoms.
