Club stalwart Kris O'Leary is our latest guest at the Swansea Jack for another episode of Swansea City's official podcast 'Way Down by the Sea'.

The podcast was recorded shortly after first-team coach O'Leary marked 30 years since he made his debut for the Swans against Bradford City in March 1996.

A further 333 appearances would follow, while O'Leary was part of three promotion and Football League Trophy success before moving into coaching, where he saw League Cup success, an eighth-place Premier League finish and south Wales derby doubles.

O'Leary - recently the receipient of the club's Alan Curtis Award - reflects on that debut, the great debt he owes to Frank Burrows, the carnage of the Kevin Cullis era and Willy Gueret's arrest following promotion at Bury, plus what it felt like to beat the likes of Manchester United and Arsenal home and away in the same season.

There is no shortage of brilliant stories to savour, so enjoy!
