Ladies trio called up for Wales training camp

12th November

Swansea City Ladies trio Lauren Hancock, Chloe Lloyd and Rachel Rowe have been called up to the Wales training camp with new manager Jane Ludlow.
The camp will be held at the Vale Resort, Hensol, between 22-26 November.
Hancock, Lloyd and Rowe have all represented Wales at Under-17 and Under-19 level, and their latest call-ups are a reward for their hard work and dedication this season.
Rachel Rowe said: "I'm delighted to have been asked to attend the upcoming camp. I feel like I've been rewarded for all of the hard work I have put in over the last seven months with regards to rehab and training whilst trying to gain fitness and confidence to get back on the field after sustaining a bad injury."
Chloe Lloyd captained the Wales Under-19s in their recent tournament in Turkey.
"It's a dream come true, I'm excited and nervous but I'm looking forward to the experience," she said.
Full-back Lauren Hancock added: "It's always amazing to be picked for your country, even for a training camp. I'm looking forward to getting involved and hopefully continuing to make progress and getting more international caps under my belt."
