Liam Cullen back in contention for Swansea City
Swansea City forward Liam Cullen has returned to training and is available for Saturday’s fixture against Birmingham City.
The Wales international had been sidelined by a calf problem, but is back in contention to face the Blues in the tea-time kick-off at the Swansea.com Stadium.
Ishe Samuels-Smith and Adam Idah remain absent with groin and hamstring injuries respectively, while head coach Vitor Matos also confirmed defender Kaelan Casey is set to return to parent club West Ham.
“The squad is looking good, Liam is back and he is fit and available,” said Matos.
“He gives us a different kind of profile, he can play in a different kind of role and he gives us that flexibility where he can play as the nine or a false nine.
“As I said last weekend, Ishe is not going to be around for a couple of weeks, and of course Adam is still out.
“We are excited and ready for a good game and one where we will need to be on our toes to compete.”
