Lincoln Mcfayden makes Penybont loan switch

Swansea City defender Lincoln Mcfayden has joined Penybont on loan for the remainder of the 2023-24 season.
The 21-year-old joined the Swans from Preston in May 2021, and made his first-team bow as a substitute in the Carabao Cup win over Reading in August of the same year.
However, he has been hindered by injuries since, and recently returned from a long spell on the sidelines with a hamstring problem which required surgery.
Mcfayden featured in the under-21s’ Nathaniel MG Cup defeat against The New Saints just over a week ago.
He links up with Swans keeper Archie Matthews at a Penybont side who finished third in the Welsh top-flight last term and qualified for Europe. They currently sit eighth in the standings this term.
