Head coach Luke Williams wants Swansea City to be at full tilt when they host Rotherham United at the Swansea.com Stadium this afternoon.

The Swans face the Millers on the back of the 3-0 midweek victory over Stoke in SA1, and will be looking to make it back-to-back home wins.

Williams was pleased with the response from his players against the Potters, after ruing a lack of energy and intensity in defeat at Middlesbrough last weekend.

And he wants to make sure there is no drop-off in effort levels against a Rotherham side who already know they will be playing their football in League One next term.

“This is the most important thing for us as a group, now,” said the Swans boss.

“It would be really disappointing for us to be at anything less than full tilt against Rotherham United on Saturday.

“This is going to be the message and, even if I didn’t say anything to the group on this, I think that would be the message between the players in the dressing room.

“I think they felt that against Stoke, they know there are things they need to bring.

“They put that right in midweek, now let’s make sure we don’t make the same mistake.”
