Man in the middle | Matthew Donohue
Matthew Donohue will be the man in the middle when Swansea City travel to face Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday (6pm).
The Greater Manchester official will be taking charge of a Swans' fixture for just the third time, having overseen the home defeat to Derby County last term as well as this season’s home win over Rotherham.
Having officiated in the EFL as an assistant referee, Donohue elected to focus solely on being the man with the whistle from 2016.
He refereed in the second tier for the first time last season.
Donohue will be assisted by Nik Barnard and Rob Smith, while Geoff Eltringham is the fourth official.
