2026-27 Season Tickets Holders

Our 2026-27 season ticket holders have access to a digital in-app ticket, through the Swans Official app. 

Season ticket cards are fully operational, and ticket holders are welcome to use whichever option is most suitable for them.

Season ticket holders are reminded that under-14s must be accompanied by an adult.

Match tickets can be accessed via the Swans Official app. 

To use the in-app ticketing service, supporters should check their app is up to date and that they are running the latest version to ensure the correct tickets are pulling through. This may involve visiting your relevant app store.

Ticket holders will need to use their Swansea Club Account to access their ticket, and ensure it is linked to the correct season ticket account. For more information on this and a walkthrough of the steps needed, please visit our FAQs.

Eligible supporters can access the ‘Jacks’ tab of the Swans app and click ‘view your matchday ticket’. This may prompt users to log in with their Swans Club Account, before displaying their ticket(s).

Swansea City would like to remind supporters who wish to use this service that it is the responsibility of ticket holders to check that their in-app ticket is visible before they travel to the Swansea.com Stadium. You will need internet connection for your season ticket to appear, and we highly recommend adding your ticket to your smartphone wallet before travelling if possible.

The quickest and easiest way to purchase is online and you can click HERE to buy.

These tickets can be accessed in a number of ways:

• collection from the ticket office
• in-app digital ticket

Any supporters looking to collect matchday tickets will be able to do so from the ticket office from 10am until kick-off (3pm).

Once the game kicks off, tickets will be able to purchase and collect from The Foundry. 

We encourage supporters to return their cups to designated collection points when they have finished their drinks. These points are clearly marked.

Please do not use the collection points to dispose of rubbish and food waste as this makes additional work for our cleaning staff. Thank you for your co-operation.

PARKING

For supporters wishing to drive to the stadium, there may be spaces available to purchase within the stadium car park. For this fixture, spaces are charged at £5 per vehicle. 

Please note that parking on site is not guaranteed, and will be on a first come, first service basis. The car park will close approximately 15 minutes before kick-off, any persons arriving after this time will not be permitted entry.

 ALAMEIN ROAD - SWANSEA.COM MATCHDAY PARKING

Spaces are available at the Swansea.com site on Alamein Road, within the Morfa Industrial Estate. Spaces can be purchased on arrival via card payment.

The carpark is approximately a 5-minute walk from the stadium and has an accessible route directly to the stadium. The address of the site is Swansea.com matchday parking, Alamein Road, Plasmarl, Swansea, SA1 2HY.

Please note, this car park will be affected by road closures on matchdays.

MORRISONS CARPARK

Spaces may be available at the Morrisons Carpark on matchdays, spectators should click on the following link to purchase in advance: www.justpark.com

Please note that parking is within the Morrisons side of the Retail Park only, and must be purchased in advance. Failure to do so may incur a penalty fine.

THEATRE BISTRO CAR PARK 

Parking spaces may be available to book at the new Theatre Bistro. The address of the site is 176 Neath Rd, Plasmarl, Swansea SA1 2JT. This site is approximately a 2 minute walk from the Swansea.com Stadium. 

Theatre Bistro are currently offering a deal that includes matchday parking, a bite to eat and a drink for £20. To enquire, please contact Theatre Bistro by phone on 01792 677481. 

THE SWANSEA JACK - CITY CENTRE PARKING

The Swansea Jack offer a matchday shuttle service to and from the stadium. The shuttle bus must be pre-booked and is charged at £3 one way and £5 for a return ticket. 

There are a variety of city centre car parks within walking distance of the Swansea Jack, including Copr Bay North, Swansea The City Gates and High Street Car Park.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Limited onsite parking is available for disabled supporters who meet the club’s criteria of eligibility. This can be purchased match-by-match or on a seasonal basis. Please note our car parks close 15 minutes before kick off, therefore you must arrive within plenty of time, as queues do form outside the stadium.

STADIUM DROP-OFF POINT

As well as onsite parking, we have a designated drop off point at the stadium which is located next to the Ivor Allchurch Statue (close to the ticket office).

MORFA RETAIL PARK 

Supporters are reminded that matchday parking restrictions are in place in the Morfa Retail Park car park, and these will be applied. Supporters attending the match should not attempt to park here.

We ask supporters who are visiting SA1 to be mindful of where they park on a matchday and respect residential parking near the stadium and avoid blocking driveways and garages. 

The Foundry will be open from 10am until 5.30pm. 

Please note, the Swansea.com Stadium is a cashless venue.

Swansea City has a multi-use quiet space with prayer facilities located in the stadium's West Stand.

The Cwtch can be accessed via a door at the north end of the West Stand concourse (located at the foot of the Access D - or Snoop Dogg - stairwell) or via main reception.

The Cwtch will be showing the match on TV, people who choose to leave the stands and access the space can continue to watch the game.

Supporters can also use this space to pray and reflect. For those who require them, prayer mats - which are available to borrow - are stored in the room.

Swansea City aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone and we understand that not everyone enjoys a game in the same way.

We have a number of in-stadium facilities - including ear defenders, and audio commentary - to ensure supporters enjoy their matchday and further information about these can be found HERE.

Supporters located in the South Stand, are invited to head to the WildSpace Sensory Zone on the west side of the concourse for a quieter pre-match experience.

Swansea City is proud to be the first EFL club to have a permanent BSL provision at the ground.

Our interpreter, Talina Jones, will appear on the big screen with our stadium announcer Kev Johns to bring the full matchday experience to Deaf and hard of hearing supporters at the stadium.

And will also be on hand to support fans for whom BSL is their main language.

Everyone at Swansea City would like to thank you for your support from the stands both home and away this season.

Your backing and the atmosphere you create is an integral part of our club, and Vitor Matos, his staff and the players are hugely appreciative of how you have got behind the team over the course of the campaign; and plan to show that appreciation following the conclusion of our final game of the season against Charlton Athletic on Saturday.

With that in mind, in the interests of safety we want to remind everyone that the pitch is for managers, players and match officials, while the stands are there for you to support the team.

In recent seasons, some clubs witnessed unsavoury and unwelcome scenes with a small minority of people entering the field of play, whilst other fans have taken to the pitch in celebration at the achievements of their team.

Pitch incursions are dangerous and anyone who does encroach onto the playing surface will face strong sanctions, that could include a ban from attending matches here at the Swansea.com Stadium and across the country, as well as possible police action.

It is a criminal offence to enter the pitch and the real-life consequences for these actions have been felt by many, with some fans receiving criminal records which can impact employment, education prospects and international travel.

It is not only yourself that can be disciplined. There could also be an impact on your family members and Swansea City.

We ask you to keep the pitch for players and the stands for supporters and avoid any unnecessary disruption.
