  • You can continue to pre-order your drinks before kick-off using the SOUs and pick them up at half-time.

MATCHDAY TICKET OFFICE OPENING

The ticket office staff will be located in the club shop from 10am for matchday enquiries and purchases

CARABAO CUP MATCHDAY CHANGES

For this cup match, there will be a few changes when compared to the usual league matchday and supporters are encouraged to review the below information.

PRINT AT HOME AND DIGITAL TICKETS

Please note that all print at home tickets for this game have a small section on the bottom left corner which state: "Is the box below solid black?"

Normally there is a black box in place in this location, but due to an error this is not the case for this fixture.

Provided your ticket is legible, it will still scan as usual and you do not need to do anything.

If you have any issues, please visit the ticket office.

TURNSTILES

Turnstiles will open one hour before kick-off at 6pm.

As only the West Stand is open for this fixture, concourses are expected to be busy and supporters are urged to make their way through the turnstiles in plenty of time.

FAMILY FANZONE

Swansea City AFC Foundation will be running some activities outside the South Stand ahead of the match, including a penalty shootout, table football and a ping pong game.

These activities will begin at approximately 6pm and end at approximately 6.45pm, and we hope to see you there.

ROAD CLOSURE

There will be no road closures after this game. Please take additional care when exiting the stadium.

MATCHDAY

CLUB SHOP

The club shop will open at 10am for all your merchandise and retail needs.

It will close at kick-off and will not reopen after the game.

Please note, you will be able to make ticket purchases inside the club shop between 10am and 5pm.

REUSABLE CUPS

We encourage supporters to return their cups to designated collection points when they have finished their drinks.

THE CWTCH

Swansea City has a multi-use quiet space and sensory zone with prayer facilities located in the stadium's West Stand.

This room can be accessed via a door at the north end of the West Stand concourse (located at the foot of the Access D stairwell - or the stairwell with the Snoop Dogg mural) or via main reception and the room itself is named 'The Cwtch'.

The room will have the match playing on the television, so that people who choose to leave the stands and access the space can continue to watch the game.

Supporters can also use this space to pray and reflect. For those who require them, prayer mats - which are available to borrow - are stored in the room.

ACCESSIBILITY

Swansea City aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone and we understand that not everyone enjoys a game in the same way.

We have a number of in-stadium facilities to ensure supporters enjoy their matchday and further information about these can be found HERE.

The club has joined with AccessAble to create visual guides. These can be viewed HERE.
