NEW FOR 2025-26

CONCOURSE KIOSK ORDERING

Following feedback from supporters and after consultation with catering partners Levy, Swansea City is pleased to confirm a change to the way the Self-Order Units (SOUs) will operate in the 2025-26 season.

For supporters in the West Stand and South Stand, the outer kiosks (at the ends of the concourse) will conduct an Express Drinks-Only service which can be ordered via the SOUs. This is expected to give supporters an Express lane experience when purchasing alcohol and soft drinks.

Supporters ordering drinks using the SOUs will also retain the option, of ordering pre-match for half-time to cut down on queuing between halves.

For those ordering food, or food and drink together, the central kiosk will be operating without SOUs with supporters able to order and pay direct from the kiosk in order provide a more efficient service for supporters making multi product purchases.

MATCHDAY TICKET OFFICE OPENING

The ticket office will be open for matchday enquiries purchases at 10am and will close at half-time.

From half-time until 5.30pm, ticket purchases and enquiries will be available from the club shop.

MATCHDAY

REUSABLE CUPS

We encourage supporters to return their cups to designated collection points when they have finished their drinks.

THE CWTCH

Swansea City has a multi-use quiet space and sensory zone with prayer facilities located in the stadium's West Stand.

This room can be accessed via a door at the north end of the West Stand concourse (located at the foot of the Access D stairwell) or via main reception and the room itself is named 'The Cwtch'.

The room will have the match playing on the television, so that people who choose to leave the stands and access the space can continue to watch the game.

Supporters can also use this space to pray and reflect. For those who require them, prayer mats - which are available to borrow - are stored in the room.

ACCESSIBILITY

Swansea City aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone and we understand that not everyone enjoys a game in the same way.

We have a number of in-stadium facilities to ensure supporters enjoy their matchday and further information about these can be found HERE.

The club has joined with AccessAble to create visual guides. These can be viewed HERE.
